Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 14 days starting from the purchase date. If more than 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Simply visit our Returns & Exchanges section and fill out the form to initiate the return or exchange process.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. Please refer to the FAQ page for further details.

Certain items are not eligible for return.

To finalize your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

In case of delayed or missing refunds:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take some time
  • for the refund to be processed.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there might be a processing delay. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, kindly contact us at info@soisathleisure.com.

Markdown items & items purchased from events are exempt from returns.

Items that have been marked down or purchased from an event are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it for you. You can also exchange full priced items for a different size if you are not satisfied with the fit of your purchase. To request an exchange, please fill out the form on our Returns & Exchanges page or email us.

You will have to cover your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any item(s). We do not refund shipping costs.

The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.


For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, shipping charges from SOIS ATHLEISURE exclude customs and duty fees that your country may impose. We do not cover or refund these charges. Note that additional fees may apply for door delivery, varying by country.
